  • How movement isn’t just about fitness and the benefits it can have in other areas of your life

  • Why it’s so important to have a support network around you, especially when you’re processing grief

  • Book Recommendations: The Body Keeps the Score and There’s No Good Card For This

  • How to show up for people when they’re going through a hard time

  • Why Megan believes everyone should take solo trips and how it makes you feel even more like yourself

  • The personality tests that Megan thinks everyone should take to get to know themselves (one of them is not what you think!)

Rapid Fire from Megan:

What gets her fired up every day: Movement practice

A book or podcast she loved recently: Permission to Offend by Rachel Luna

Her advice for making your next investment: Get quiet and reflect on what the one thing is that you need right now that would help multiple areas of your life and then make a list of the options that would help you get that and see which one feels right without getting emotional about it

A woman she thinks you should follow: Dr. Laura DeCesaris

Best advice she’s ever been given: Selfish isn’t a bad thing and selfless isn’t a badge of honor, so at the end of the day, do what’s going to be best for you and stop worrying about what everyone else will think.
